GUITARS! Deluxe Edition

<p>Each year, jazz club artistic director and guitarist, Jordan Dick, teams up with the exceptional talent of guitarist Jake Verburg, to bring together a group of the region’s finest jazz guitar players for a celebration of the instrument. It always proves to be an unpredictable and incomparable evening of musical artistry. <br />This year they are pulling in some extraordinary additional talent and expanding the palette of plucked string instruments to include dobro, banjo, and mandolin in a special Deluxe Edition performing songs from and inspired by Bill Frisell’s groundbreaking album, “Nashville.” <br />Joining Jordan and Jake on stage is singer-songwriter Sam Masterson on dobro & vocals, the award-winning Jeff Scroggins on banjo, James Clarke on mandolin, Blair Shier on guitar, and Dan Smith on bass. <br />“It’s going to be a great show,” says Jordan. “We’ve been rehearsing and are all really excited by the music everyone is creating together.”</p>
