This session will explore actionable strategies to position your organization for value creation. Whether it be a for-profit or not-for-profit enterprise, many of these initiatives are the same – developing an A-level team of dedicated employees, setting out a clear Strategic Plan and tracking measurable initiatives.
If a transaction is on your mind, attendees will also learn why they need to be transition-ready from day one and how to start preparing for a potential knock on the door – even if you have no plans to exit just yet.
This seminar, which will intertwine concepts with stories of success and challenge designed to inform and entertain, will be followed by a Networking Reception where attendees will have an opportunity to connect with other members of the Okanagan Director community.
