Ignite Okanagan Women’s Conference

Bringing Okanagan women of all ages, cultural, religious, & socio-economic backgrounds together for a day of celebration and inspiration. Empowering and dynamic speakers will inspire women to recognize their own power and worth, while at the same time creating a community of inclusion and friendship.This event will leave women with tangible advice and tools to empower and motivate. Topics will include: living in the abundance mindset, the importance of forming good habits, finding joy, self love and body image, gratitude, healthy living practices, eliminating comparison, building yourself a strong community, and more.Women will go home inspired to go after their dreams, no matter how big or small.
