Join Jess Robertson, co founder of Modo Yoga, to explore the science of breathing as well as breathing techniques for immune function, focus, energy and rest. After a 1 hour breathwork workshop we’ll explore the techniques with a Yin practice, followed by a Yoga Nidra with live music. Breathwork has been used for centuries to enter into a state of deep interoception – an awareness of our inner being.
