Intro to Pole Workshop

You’ve heard about pole for fitness, but maybe you havent worked up the courage to try a class yet? Perhaps you’re nervous about your shape, your fitness level, or your age? Our Intro-to-Pole workshop is PERFECT for brand new polers who have never been here and who want a taste of what it’s all about, and it runs at the promotional rate of$10.99 per person (offer valid for brand new students only)No need for short shorts, wear what you would normally workout in or dance in, bring a water bottle and a yoga mat and get ready to sweat and have some fun! Bring a friend too, to help break the ice.
