Participants will learn the basics of magically turning fresh milk to a variety of quick cheeses like mozzarella and paneer. Join us and take the first steps on your cheese-making journey! <br />This presentation will be led by Chris Mathieson, our General Manager. Advanced registration is required and space is limited.</p>
