Joe Rich Fire Rescue’s 20th Annual Food Drive

Joe Rich Fire Rescue’s 20th Annual Food Drive
It’s that time of year for the Joe Rich Fire Rescue’s annual community food drive.
The 20th event is happening on Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm.
All donations go to the Central Okanagan Food Bank and fire crews say the most needed items are canned goods, pasta and rice, cereal, baby food and formula and diapers.
But a mix of non-perishable items is always welcome, says the Joe Rich Fire Rescue team.
If you are able to donate, you can leave items on your doorstop or at the end of your driveway on the morning of the event.
Fire rescue members will be traveling throughout the community to collect food, cash and cheque donations.
You can also drop donations off at either Station 51 (11481 Highway 33 East) or Station 52 (6550 Goudie Road) between 9 am and 1 pm on Sunday.
Donation bins will be set up at each firehall.
