Kam-Motion Participaction

<p>Residents of all ages are invited to attend Kam-Motion, a free, low-barrier, inclusive community event at Hillside Stadium at the Tournament Capital Centre on Sunday, June 2, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Movement-based classes, informative group sessions, and local organizations on site will engage our community in all movement related activities. <br />Take the pledge! Help our community win $100,000 by registering online on the ParticipACTION website. This national competition to find Canada’s most active community comes with a top prize of $100,000 for local physical activity initiatives. The challenge runs from June 1–30.
