The CIBC Run for the Cure in Kamloops Maybe you’ve lost someone close to you, or supported a loved one through their cancer journey. Maybe you’re a person living with breast cancer yourself. Venue
Located on the banks of the Thompson River, next to the Sandman Centre, and just minutes from downtown. Enjoy a picnic, stroll along the beach, or go for a swim. Bring the kids to the inclusive playground and accessible water park*, enjoy lawn bowling, and stay for “Music in the Park” held nightly throughout the summer at the Rotary Bandshell. *Season starts June 1 and ends Labour Day, weather depending. With extended periods of warm weather, the season may be extended in the spring or fall. Water park hours are 10:00 am – 9:00 pm daily, seasonally. Tennis courts, pickleball courts and washrooms open for the season April 1.
