Kamloops Ecstatic Dance invites you to the next dance on Wednesday, March 11th 8pm to 10pm. Let’s join together to create a safe and sacred free-style dance space, leaving behind the words and worries of the day. Connect with yourself and one another in new & much deeper ways. It’s time to Move, Breath, Connect, Meditate, and Play! Location: 540 Seymour Street (Desert Gardens Seniors Community Center)Cost: Sliding scale of $10 – $15 Opening Circle: 8pm There is a structure to the night so try to arrive on time to get the most of it. We play all kinds of music, rhythms and beats and start slow, build to an energetic high peak and then move back down to a quiet, meditative place.Kamloops Ecstatic Dance is a refreshing alternative to the ‘club scene’, offering a drug and alcohol free event without observers, judgement, posturing, attitudes that provides our vibrant community of music and dance lovers, a safe space to express. No dance experience or partner is necessary or needed.
