Description
Join in and celebrate the Longboard Park's 11th birthday! There will be mini-games, prizes, and giveaways throughout the day!
Featuring a skill contest on the black run, head to head racing, endurance race and mystery challenges, this event is suitable for all ages and skill levels. From skilled riders, to absolute beginners, even to those who just want to hang out, you're encouraged to join in the celebration!
HELMETS ARE MANDATORY. This is non-negotiable. Gloves recommended. Demo gear available.

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Freeride Session (open runs for all riders)
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Lunch Break / Optional Freeride
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM | Freestyle Competition (Best Line, Best Trick & Most Improved)
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM | Zombie Board Race (fun group race)
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Head-to-Head Racing (brackets & heats)
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Podium Ceremony & Group Photo
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Cleanup & Wrap-Up

Kamloops Longboard Club
The Kamloops Longboard Club is a registered non-profit club that encourages different people from Kamloops and the surrounding area to meet up and skate safely. From pros to beginners, kids and adults, all are welcome to come shred.
Venue
The Kamloops Longboard Park is the first of it’s kind in the whole world! The park is 355 metres long, with two runs: the Blue Run and the Black Run. Both runs are three metres wide, have six turns each, and a vertical drop of 22 metres, ending in a four-metre-wide straight shutdown/slide area.
