Participants will complete as many loops of both the mountain bike and on foot loops as they can finish in 6 hours.
The route will be marked and there will be one loop to do on the mountain bike and one loop to complete on foot (running or hiking). Completing both, the mountain bike loop and the on foot loop will give 1 point to the participant(s).
The Solo/Relay Team with the most points and least amount of time on course at the end of the 6h wins.
Each participant of a team will have to complete a full loop on the bike and on foot before tagging the other participant.
