Come work up a sweat for a great cause. This Sunday it’s our special Karma Mental Health Class!It’s going to be lots of fun so bring a friend or two. Class is by donation, and all the funds raised stay right here in our area to support the Canadian Mental Health Association Shuswap-Revelstoke.
