Kelowna Out Proud Film Festival Presents: Pink Unicorn
The Pink Unicorn is an award-winning one-woman theatre piece, which tells the story of a Christian widow, living in a conservative Texas town, whose life is thrown into turmoil when her teenage daughter announces she is “genderqueer”. This is a film presentation of the New Vintage Theatre’s on-stage production in Summer 2020.This film will be followed by an Artist Talk featuring Theatre Director Bonnie Gratz; Performer Kendra Hesketh; and Film Director James Alton.This is a family friendly event with a suggested minimum age of 14 for attendees. Show will be in the Mary Irwin Theatre at the RCA. Preregistration is required due to capacity restrictions – Click the link above to register.
