Beginner students are welcome at any time throughout the year from October to May. However, new students are encouraged to join starting October 2 as we will teach the tai chi set from the beginning. Continuing students are also asked to attend to be our valuable corners. Weekly classes are Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
Participants must be 50+ and a member of the Lake Country Seniors Centre Society (annual membership is $7). A daily drop-in fee of $2.50 is required.
