LAKEMAN FINAL ALBUM RELEASE W/PHARM, HARDBALL, THE CAVERNOUS

<p>“Elegy” will be the final LAKEMAN release in loving memory of our bandmate and brother Warryn Berry. We are honoured to have a line up of great band taking the stage.<br />PHARM is hands down the best prog-rock band in BC and I don’t say that lightly cause BC has great prog-rock bands. It is an honour they are playing this gig.<br />https://youtu.be/RWPtOJkv0QI<br />HARDBALL is easily Penticton’s longest running punk bands, the band pre dates even Myspace. The three members have known each other since they were in elementary school. Hardball was also the first band LAKEMAN ever shared the stage with back in 2015.<br />Currently there is no online content for this band that I am aware of but it is reminiscent of The Melvins or Nirvana’s unpolished deep cuts.<br />THE CAVERNOUS is Rob of LAKEMAN’S newest project. An electronic duo drawing influence from Mogwai’s electronic side, 90’s IDM like Boards of Canada or Aphex twin.<br />https://youtu.be/o_IBGWypH6E<br />All proceeds of this event and first month of Lakeman merch sales will go to The Canadian Mental Health Association in honour of Phil Schumacher, a dear friend and fan of lakeman who we lost in 2019.</p>
