An all-levels groove and flow experience, blending yoga with a soundscape of soft, melodic, transient and deep electronic beats to inspire your practice. Pre-registration highly suggested to reserve your space.Each student will receive a private link to the special playlist played during the class.March we have Lauren Nagy leading the practice and Anjali-Allie providing the beats.
