Night Cafe is stoked to host Rube & Rake, an ECMA & MusicNL award winning Folk duo straight from St. John’s, NL on October 10, 2025
Their performances engage audiences with a mixture of stories, intricate guitar work, and rich vocal harmonies:
Josh Sandu (vocals, guitar, banjo)
Andrew Laite (vocals, guitar)
The duo has recently released a new full-length album titled Good Times After Bad on May 9, 2025 and has performed at notable events such as:
Newfoundland Folk Festival (NL), Aeolian Hall (London, ON), Lantern Folk Club (Kelowna, BC), Trout Forest Music Festival (ON), and many more.
