Santa Claus Parade & Light Up
Ho, ho, ho! The countdown has begun for ‘Magic on Main Street,’ combining two family-favourite events into one extra-special evening that will ring in the festive season. The City has partnered with the Downtown Penticton Business Improvement Association to present the Santa Claus Parade and downtown Light Up as one major attraction.

Santa Parade: 4:30 p.m. along Main Street, from White Avenue to Lakeshore Drive
Light Up: 6 p.m. at Gyro Park
The parade will involve dozens of floats, decorated with lights, cruising down Main Street. Families are encouraged to join the parade procession down to Gyro Park, which will be decked out with family-friendly activities, live music and a mini market, with a heated tent and outdoor patio heaters. The official Light Up reveal will take place at 6 p.m., with new light displays and surprises.
