Join Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Lili Hanft for a live cook-along session in which we will make simple dishes that can be combined into a variety of quick and healthy meals throughout the week. The class will cover how to make a main dish, a side, a snack, and a breakfast recipe. All recipes are free of gluten and refined sugar and made from nutrient-dense whole foods.
