Shake off the winter chills and join us at Bookland Vernon for a book signing with Andrew (Andy) Bruce Richards. Andy is an Okanagan-based author and retired journalist who co-wrote the new book, Mountain Man.Hiram Cody Tegart was one of the last of the true mountain men—hunting guide extraordinaire, logger, rancher, and horseman. He was also a lifelong friend to Andy. In Mountain Man: The Life of a Guide Outfitter, Andy collects tales written by the late Cody Tegart, but also includes his own memories and stories from other hunters, guides and friends to give a full account of this remarkable life.
