This comprehensive 15 Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Program, led by MOGA™’s Co-Founder Hannah Day, will include how to teach prenatal yoga to women in all trimesters of pregnancy.It will also include access to MOGA™’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training online – so you can re-watch any key topics covered in the training and 4 BONUS ready to teach MOGA™ Prenatal Yoga sequences that are specifically designed to empower and prepare women for birth. Being able to re-watch this information will help you feel more confident in teaching this demographic. Yoga is a great tool to gift expecting mothers. Not only does movement help with baby’s development and positioning in the pelvis, expecting mothers need it to help with the everyday aches and pains of pregnancy. About Your Teacher: Hannah is an experienced prenatal yoga instructor and Co-Founder of MOGA™. She wrote this training while pregnant with her second baby, so she could bring a unique awareness to a beautiful, and important offering that will help you stand out as a yoga instructor in your community.
