Roz is heading back to Temenos on Monday to offer up a pay-what-you-can yoga class. Temenos is a Crossfit gym owned by the sweetest couple that has a few big garage doors that give us the opportunity to breathe some beautiful fresh air while staying safe from a sun burn (or rain) PERFECTION.Come on out and enjoy a yoga class to make your Monday a little sweeter.
