Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs 60th Anniversary – Stronger Community

For over 60 years, the Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs have provided a safe place where children and youth can discover and achieve their dreams. In our clubs, it’s about taking steps to a healthy, successful and active future. It’s about making connections, about experiencing new opportunities and building confidence and skills for life. It’s about believing every Club kid and youth has what it takes, and no matter what else is going on in their lives, the club is a place of encouragement, belonging and connection. It’s acknowledging how a stronger community, working together helps children, adults and family feel safe and cared for. It’s about creating a place where everyone belongs.On October 3rd, join us and guest speaker Vu Le, a guru on communities working together as we celebrate our history, our current realities, the future of our community, and the individuals whose lives have been changed by participating at the Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs.
