Description
Experience “A Gathering of Cinema, Culture and Creativity” at the Okanagan International Film Festival (OKIFF), taking place October 15–18, 2026, in Kelowna, British Columbia. Presented by the nonprofit Okanagan TV & Film Industry Society, OKIFF brings Canadian and international independent cinema to the Okanagan. The festival will showcase distinctive storytelling across narrative, documentary, short-form and experimental film categories, connecting global voices with local audiences. Festival programming will include film screenings, filmmaker Q&As, industry panels, networking opportunities and community-focused events. OKIFF also includes the Okanagan TV & Film Industry Forum, creating space for filmmakers, emerging talent, industry professionals and audiences to exchange ideas, build connections and explore the growing television and film sector in the region. Through storytelling and shared experiences, OKIFF aims to expand perspectives, encourage meaningful conversation and strengthen the creative community in the Okanagan Region.
