<p>Learn the fundamentals of Olympic and Power Lifting from Coach Ron Turner.<br />Focusing on the skills and techniques to master the main 6 lifts – Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Back Squat, BEnch Press and Deadlift along with the auxiliary lifts Overhead and Front Squat, this 12 week course will cover all the areas a traditional weightlifting course will have. (READ: Not CrossFit based).<br />This course is open to beginners to advanced and will be able to be scaled to your ability.<br />All altletes will be given video footage of the before / after lifts to show progress.<br />The classes will be held at 4145 Skaha Lake Road in Beach City CrossFit.<br />Coach Ron has coached oympic and power lifting for years, with some of his athletes attending provincials and nationals in both types of lifting.
