Open House Workshops on Saturday, Nov.16 are free, and will run from 10 am to 5 pm at the Centre for Spiritual Living, 2913 – 29th Ave, Vernon. Included are Introduction to Meditation at 10 am; Biodanza at 11 am; piano, guitar and song entertainment at 1 pm; Tai Chi at 2 pm; Discovery Workshop 3 pm; and Introduction to Science of Mind at 4 pm. Soup, coffee and tea will be available at noon. For further information phone 250 549-4399.
