Operation Duck Drop

<p>Buy rubber ducks for $2/duck or a 10 pack for $20!1 $2 Eventbrite ticket = 1 duck.On Saturday, May 27 at 9 AM, we will be dropping all the purchased rubber ducks into the channel at the Green Mountain Road entrance. All the ducks will race to the finish line at the stairs at the end of the channel. The fastest three ducks will each receive $500 cash prizes.Then, at 2pm we will head over to Skaha Beach where we will have a BBQ by donation, cheque presentation, silent auction, and a whole bunch of door prizes and music. All net proceeds will be donated to Penticton Indian Band and South Okanagan Brain Injury Society.No refunds. All sales final.Limit of one prize per person. No one person can win more than once. Three total prizes will be awarded. Each ticket purchased will have a corresponding number written onto a rubber duck. If winner is not present at time of winner’s announcement, winner will be notified by email by no later than 5pm on May 29th.H?ow does it work?F?or example, if you were the 11th person to buy a ticket, you will be duck #11. Your Eventbrite ticket will not show you this number, however we will have a printout on-site of all of the duck purchases with their applicable duck numbers and names of the purchasers. If you’d like to know your duck number, come find one of the event organizers (we will be wearing yellow shirts) at the start line or the finish line to get your duck numbers. We will not be printing this list until the day of the event.</p>
