Peach Gravy Presents “Romance at the Table” (Friday & Saturday)

Love is in the air! Couples celebrate Valentines Day. You know, that day of the year when we are heavily marketed at to buy chocolates and flowers! Well the table is set, the champagne is cracked, and what kind of stories will be told at the Table!
The actors and audience will create stories together in this improv theatre night. The evening starts with short form improvisation with the Tempest Players, led by Isaac Gilbert and, after intermission (and libations in Tempest’s cozy lounge), Isaac is joined by Cain Critchlow and Sean Wood who accept prompts from the audience to build a full length play before your eyes. Like we said, what can go wrong?
Romance at the Table was developed by Sean, Cain, and Isaac in 2022. It is a long-form game improv show where the actors and audience will help create the story and characters.
To get the actors and audience warmed up the beginning of the show will open with a series of short-form games. These are fast, exciting, and fun improv vignettes!
