Plant Medicine Info & Guided Breathwork Integration Circle

Join Dustin Erickson and friends at One Yoga Kelowna for an informative and enjoyable evening exploring the modern use of plant medicines for personal healing and the growth of conscious community. If you have experience with psychedelic plant medicines, or if you do not, this evening welcomes you into our local conversation. We will talk about various medicines, their safe and appropriate use, and how to integrate your experiences within our modern lives today. There will be a voluntary opportunity to share your history of plant medicine use, any recent or long-past experiences, or your general interest in exploring these tools in the future. There will be many opportunities to listen to the stories of others and ask questions.This is a FREE EVENT, and YOU are WELCOME.
