Yoga for kids age 3 to 5 (Pre-Kindergarten) every Friday at Lotus & Lettuce!Classes are designed by Kidding Around Yoga and use fun songs and stories to teach kids basic yoga poses, as well as mindfulness and meditation techniques!Dates and time: Fridays 1:30 – 2:15pm, August 2nd – 30th (5 weeks)Investment: Sign up for the 5 week series for $50 (works out to $10 per class) or drop-in for $12! Payment can be sent by etransfer to Leahgreenyoga@gmail.com if registering for the 5 week series; etransfer or cash at the door for drop in.*This is a non-parent participation class.
