Prenatal yoga is a great way to connect with other pregnant mamas and to stay active during all stages of pregnancy. Our prenatal classes are designed to strengthen the muscles used in labour, to stretch muscles that get stiff and sore from lack of mobility and to encourage rest and relaxation. Take care of yourself, bond with your baby and learn breathing techniques to help you throughout the labour process.Prenatal Yoga at Tandava Yoga is offered as a pre-registered 4 week series. $80 plus tax for a 4 week series or $20 per drop in class.Drop Ins welcome, space permitting.There is no class November 3
