Launch Okanagan partners with Wealthsimple Foundation to prepare for tax season
Tax filing season is a common source of stress for many Canadians. To help reduce this stress, local organization Launch Okanagan is joining Wealthsimple Foundation to offer a free tax filing workshop over Zoom on March 4.
The Wealthsimple Foundation Tax Workshop is designed to simplify your tax filing process. The facilitators will answer top tax FAQs, guide you on what you need to file, when to file, important deadlines, and offer a step-by-step walk-through using Wealthsimple Tax. Designed to be straightforward and stress-free, this 1.5 hour session is perfect for both beginners and seasoned filers wanting to streamline their tax preparation. Empower yourself with the knowledge to file confidently!

The workshop will be delivered on Zoom and facilitated by a Wealthsimple staff member. Launch Okanagan’s Executive Director, Jennifer Robins, is also participating in a supporting role. If you can’t join the workshop live, you can still register, and you will be emailed a recording of the class and any related materials. All levels of participation are welcome; you can choose to interact and ask questions, or simply listen and be an anonymous participant.
