A few blocks away from SFK is a real Kelowna institution, Illichmann’s Meats, Sausages, and Gourmet Foods. We are pleased to welcome our neighbours in this week, to show us the ropes — of sausage that is!Join us this week for an evening of sausage-making. You’ll learn all about the right tools, the right cuts, and the perfect spices to make some of your very own tasty creations. And once we’re done, we’ll fire up the grill and have an amazing meal and have the Illichmann’s brothers tell us some incredible stories of their family’s 50-year experience in the deli.
