Learn how to save a life by recognizing an overdose and ably administering Naloxone. This is a free program open to all adults. Participants will leave with a free Naloxone kit. Offered by Interior Health Substance Use Services. At the Vernon Branch of the ORL. 2800 30th Avenue, Vernon, BC.
