Self Care is no longer an option it’s a necessity

THIS IS AN ONLINE EVENT. Here is my outline (rough draft)1) EACH DAY there will be a new video on ways to inspire SELF CARE. *I will have the first one ready the DAY BEFORE our FIRST call OR we may just jump into a call; again this is about getting a sense of what is needed at that time*2) WE will come together on zoom calls to explore what we need to do to master living from a SELF fulfilled cup. *Some of what we will explore is in the mind map above* MOST of it will be coming from within our own wisdom.*this event is set up as an accountabilty action plan to GET stronger as women and support each other to further support our healing and our MAMA earth (all her inhabitants). 3) curious?
