Join Alexis and Robyn for sensory relaxation! Through channeled meditation, hands on reiki, dual energy work, light aromatherapy and restorative weight, we create a safe space for your body will return back to rest and digest.Robyn tailors each guided meditation for the group, she gives you guided visuals with your third eye along with space to tune into your imagination. Robyn also assists Alexis in providing gentle intuitive touch to allow your body to fully relax.Alexis uses her background in Reiki and Therapeutic Touch to work within the bodies energy centers while also working hands on with the body. This helps move through stagnant energy blockages, while also feeling the hands on effect of touch, holding and sweeping the body.Alexis and Robyn create a calm, nurturing environment to allow your body to melt and return back to its essence.This event is at PV BLVD Coffee, Friday April 14 from 6 to 8 pm.
