At Slackwater Brewery we’re excited to announce and share our first barrel-aged beer bottle release from our Confluence Series “Jura” – a Wild, Tart Lithuanian Farmhouse Ale. 100% fermented in French Oak with our house sour culture and the Jovaru farmhouse strain from Lithuania. This delicate, refreshing, and tart ale exhibits notes of cracked black pepper and lemon pith. A very limited amount of draught will be available at the taproom for the release, along with a limited run of 500ml wax-dipped bottles for retail or to share with a friend in the taproom. ??u???? is named after the river that flows through the farmland regions of Lithuania.
