Sleigh Rides with Horse Drawn Okanagan

Horse Drawn Okanagan invites you to experience the magic of a horse-drawn sleigh ride this winter. Horses, sleigh bells, hot cocoa, and caroling around the fire, it’s a perfect Christmas activity for the whole family. Join us at our new venue, Ottercrest Farms, in the beautiful countryside of Armstrong.Sleigh rides run every half hour on the hour, with ride times on Dec 21 & 22 from 1:00 – 3:00pm and 5:30 – 7:00pm, Dec 23, 24, 26, 27 from 3:30 – 6:00 pm, Dec 28 & 29: 1:00 – 3:00pm and 5:30 – 7:00pm. The cost is $17.50 for adults, $10 for children 4-12 years, ages 3 and under free (no ticket is required and the child may be required to sit on the lap of a parent), and groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount. Guests receive complimentary hot chocolate and a cookie, and coffee and hot apple cider will be available for purchase. Sleigh rides are approximately 20-25mins long, sleighs can seat up to 14 people, and there are as many as four sleighs going at one time. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15-20 minutes in advance of the scheduled ride time, dress warm, bring a travel mug, and seat cushion or lap blanket. NEW! Pony rides take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, drop-in, $5, tickets not required.
