After a sweaty warm up and across the floor exercises, Portia will teach you a fun routine guaranteed to leave you glowing and sparkling on the dance floor this NYE Erotic Floorwork You can call me Miss Favro, if you’re nasty. In this workshop, we’ll explore hyper sexual and sensual movement (including floor + heel work). Expect a combination of sexy floor moves from body rolls, body waves, shoulder stands, combined with Portia’s signature heels dance choreography. Knee pads are recommended for this class.
