Soul Seekers Ski Retreat (Wednesday to Saturday)

Soul Seekers Ski Retreat at SilverStar Mountain Resort is a unique opportunity to connect your mind, body, and soul through skiing, yoga, and meditation. The purpose of this retreat is to allow you to experience high-level ski instruction to strengthen your body and challenge your mind while feeding your soul.
During the camp, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful slopes of SilverStar Mountain Resort while skiing in small groups. You will also have the opportunity to ski with friends who may not be in the same group. You will also practice yoga and meditation/energy classes, which will help you develop focus, concentration, and mindfulness. These activities are designed to support each other so that you can fully benefit from this experience. The retreat is also an excellent opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are also on their soul journey. The supportive and non-judgmental environment will allow you to be yourself and explore your inner world. You will learn to use your energy to flow through you, which will help you grow and develop on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
This 4-night, 3-day retreat starts with a meet and greet at Bugaboos. You will be able to meet your instructors, ask questions and mingle with the other participants.
There will be 3 days of ski instruction and each day on the slopes will be followed by video review, an hour of yoga, and an hour of meditation and energy work.
The retreat also includes a sunrise ski and breakfast on the backside as well as a farewell dinner.
