South Asian Celebration

The Lake Country Museum and Archives will be opening a new exhibit titled “South Asian Reflections” on November 20, 2021. The exhibit will capture and celebrate the stories of the South Asian community members who live in Lake Country and the Central Okanagan region. Resident stories will be documented in writing, video, and digitally, along with a collection of artefacts which represent the local population.Opening activities for the new exhibit will take place over the weekend from Friday November 19 to Sunday November 21.
