It’s time for renewal, reawakening and rebirth!
Let’s put our collective hearts together and anchor into our intentions for this energetic new year.
DETAILS:
Location: Cooney Bay Fire Spot (Full directions at the bottom of the directions**)
Time: 2pm-6pm
Whoever can make it at 2pm, we will meet at the parking lot at 1pm and walk down together!
What to bring:
Offerings for our collective alter (natural items you would like to give back to the earth – medicines, feathers, rocks, candles..)
A blanket or chair to sit on
A potluck item to share
Good walking shoes (The walk in is about 15 minutes)
Optional, but encouraged:
Burn items (Anything you’d like to offer to the fire & release)
Instruments ~ drums, rattles, guitars!
Flow props (ribbons, fans, hoops!)
Friends!
A piece of fabric or string to add to our community weaving project
DONATIONS ~ Your commitment to this sacred space is based on a sliding-scale model. Pay what you can & a portion of the proceeds will go towards the Community Weaving FUND ~ This is a collective fund that goes towards future events, offerings and sponsorships
ALL are welcome This is a family-friendly event and women, men, children are all encouraged to join!

A layout of the day:
2pm ~ Meet at parking lot & walk down together
2:30pm ~ Setup & open the space
3pm ~ Light the fire & start ceremony ~ creating our collective earth offering & alter
5:30 ~ Sunset ecstatic dance party
Onward ~ Fire dancing, open circle & play!
This is a substance free event We ask that you keep alcohol and other substances out of this timeframe in respect & solidarity for our sober brothers & sisters, the land and for the sake of sacred space.
DIRECTIONS:
Heading on Tranquille Rd past the air portWhen you come to the fork in the road, instead of going left to Padova, go RIGHT
Over the train tracks & a little one way bridgeAfter the bridge there is a pullout on the LEFT side, park there
Walk directly down the path, until it turns off left.
Go over the train tracks and follow the path until you reach a broken down fence
The path forks 3 ways, go RIGHT and then follow that all the way to the beach
