Strip n Sip – Speakeasy

The Freudian Slips present: Strip n Sip – SpeakeasyJoin the Freudian Slips into their latest adventure into the world of improv and clothing removal for the ever saucy Strip n Sip! A tradition dating back the troupe’s roots, the Slips latest take on the Strip n’ Sip form is not to be missed. Join our improvers as they present a new form of Strip n Sip, where our improvisers will engage in several interconnected scenes throughout the evening. The twist of course, is the stripping and the sipping. Our improvisers will have a clock ticking down from THREE minutes – and within that timer they must take a drink in the context of the scene, from our notorious shot table. If the slips forget or are unable to take a drink before the timer reaches zero, the alarm will reset and improvisers will have to remove clothing in the context of the scene! This twist on a crowd favourite theme is sure to tickle and titilate!This show also will be featuring the improvisers who make up our Improv Classes doing an opening set! For many of them this will be their first time showcasing their skills onstage, and we can’t wait for you to see what they’ve learned!Tickets are available in advance online for $20 @ chimeratheatre.com/tickets or at the doors (cash only). The audience will have full view of a countdown in which the slips must Sip – else they be forced to strip. The doors will open at 7:30pm and the show will start at 8:00pm.
