The Mustard Seed Kamloops is hosting its second annual fundraiser called the Harvest Takeaway! This family-friendly event will warm your heart, and the funds raised will support the increased costs of food for our meal programs to help those experiencing poverty and homelessness.
The Mustard Seed invites you to come and celebrate with us and participate in this community fundraiser. They have teamed up with Thistle Farms to create a $50 harvest Butternut Squash soup kit, paired perfectly with some freshly baked goods.
Proceeds from the event will go towards the meal programs that support the vulnerable community in Kamloops. Plan to spend some time at the event when you come to Takeaway your soup kit and baked goods. There will be a kid’s zone on hand, a photo booth, and free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
Here’s how it works:
Order your Soup Kit for $50.00. This recipe is gluten-free and vegetarian with dairy-free options available. The kit includes the recipe, the ingredients required, and freshly baked goods. Soup kit purchasers will also be allowed to book a time for a tour of The Mustard Seed Outreach facility at a later date.
