This gentle practice of movement and breath is a whole-body exercise that can be practiced anywhere. Join this beginner class and ease into winter. Instructor Swee Lin from the Canadian Tai Chi Academy is teaching this 5-week series. Suggested donation $20 for series or $5 per class. Drop-in. Registration not required.
