The Lake Country Museum & Archives is proud to announce that our book and vintage sale and fundraiser will take place on Saturday, May 16th (2026). Step into a treasure trove of stories and nostalgia at our upcoming Book & Vintage Sale—one of the Lake Country Museum & Archives’ most important fundraisers. Browse more than 2,000 books spanning every genre and age group, from beloved classics to hidden gems waiting to be discovered. Beyond the books, explore a carefully curated collection of vintage finds, including antique typewriters, unique furniture pieces, tools, and charming household items—each with its own story to tell. Every purchase directly supports all-ages programming, community events, and the preservation of Lake Country’s rich history. Come for something special—and help keep our local heritage thriving. Our mission is to “Tell the story of Lake Country’s region, while providing an opportunity to learn through research, education and collaboration.”

The Lake Country Museum & Archives, located at 11255 Okanagan Centre Road West, provides a unique, historic setting for small events, meetings, and educational gatherings. Featuring exhibits on local orchard, ranching, and indigenous history, it offers a “hidden gem” atmosphere suitable for intimate community gatherings and intimate, rustic-themed functions
