An evening to experience the deep pause that your mind and body crave.Join Alisa and Cameron of Flourish Sound and Wellness Inc. for an evening of Sound Journey that will nourish your every cell with the goodness of Alchemy Crystal Bowls.While in this profound state of relaxation, we are able to tap into the limitless potential of our subconscious mind and communicate with our inner world in a most profound way. It is also the gateway to the mystic. The first 10 minutes or so will be spent in a gentle breath work practice and lead into a Yoga Nidra that will guide you past the boundaries of your body and mind, to reacquaint you with the essence of who you are, the source of All that Is, all while being immersed in the beauty of the Alchemy Soundscape.The nourishment that our bodies naturally receive during deep states of relaxation is more powerful than we can imagine. Immersing our brain and body in resonant frequencies helps to boost our endorphins, balance hormone production, improve sleep patterns, create cellular restoration and a profound sense of inner calm. Our bodies are reminded of their natural way of balance and the level of restoration available to us, is immense.Sound frequency is an ancient means of achieving optimal balance within the physical, mental and spiritual bodies and is no wonder that it is making a resurgence, as scientific research is repeatedly understanding it’s efficacy in the healing journey. Many participants also report this deep state of relaxation creates expanded states of consciousness and insight.Yoga mats are provided, however, you may bring your own if you desire. For your comfort, bring a blanket for warmth, a pillow, bolster and/or eye pillow. A water bottle is recommended, as is being well hydrated before you come.Feel free to bring a journal to be able to write about your experiences.Tickets for the last Flourish Sound + Wellness Inc. event sold out. We advise getting your tickets early.PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY as doors are LOCKED at 7:00pm to ensure an uninterrupted meditation.
