The Thompson River Salmon BBQ Festival & Competition

Join us for this unique culinary festival where 5 to 6 professional contestants will compete to cook the best BBQ salmon in 2 categories, plus for the coveted People’s Choice award! This event is part of the Hot Nite in the City Car Show & Shine in celebration of the 25th Anniversary of this great event. The competition will start at 10 am. Awards will take place on Hot Nite in the City main stage at 4 pm.Tokens will be sold on site, on the day of the event. They will be $2 for 2 oz of salmon.
