Triathlon BC is partnering with Hydra Multisport to offer a Ultimate Age Grouper Swim ClinicClinic details:2 x 2-hour sessions with 3-4 swimmers each2-hour sessions to include:30-45 mins skill assessment +video15-30 mins analysis/ correction15-30 mins core & strength session30-45 mins session w/corrections Location: Kamloops Canada Games Pool (Tournament Capital Center)Prices: Current 2019 or 2020 TriBC member $125, non-member $155Price does not include processing feesAbout the CoachThe sessions will be lead by Patrick Waters. Patrick is the Head coach for the Hydra Multisport where he acts as Performance Coach for Triathlon BC and the Kamloops Triathlon Club. In addition to coaching internationally on the pool deck, Patrick has coached athletes in the pool, in open water and in triathlon to become national champions. Patrick is a Chartered Professional Coach, a Master Coach Developer, Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach and a graduate of the Advanced Coaching Diploma through Canadian Sports Institute Pacific.
